We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced veterinarian to join our relaxed and friendly team. Our progressive mixed animal practice strives for excellence, however, our ethos is based around providing a good work-life balance for our staff.

Our main clinic is based in Warragul, a thriving rural town in Gippsland. The township is set amongst dairy fields and rolling green hills, and is just one hour drive from Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort and some of Gippsland’s most beautiful beaches.

Our progressive mixed practice is 50% small animal and 50% dairy cattle, however, the role could be tailored to fit experience and interests. We have 9 full time and 2 part time veterinarians. We have a very experienced veterinary team, many with College Memberships (Ruminant Nutrition, Surgery, Small Animal Medicine and Behaviour). We operate with a strong team approach, sharing our knowledge and helping each other with interesting cases.

The successful applicant would ideally be an experienced mixed animal veterinarian. However, the greatest requirement is the ability to work well within our team, to be enthusiastic and enjoy your career. We encourage the pursuit of further qualifications.

We are well equipped with DR digital radiography, small and large animal ultrasounds, ortho equipment, endoscopy, in-house lab, cattle tipper trailer to name a few.

A generous salary of $60,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and includes a car, mobile phone, AVA membership, gym membership, 1 RDO per week, 1 in 6 on call, 4 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave.
