As part of the calf unit is a surgical facility which provides a sterile area for abdominal and orthopaedic procedures. We are skilled at umbilical hernia repair and a range of acute abdominal conditions which require surgery.

“I don’t go anywhere else”

I have been a client of this practice for about 30 years I have had consultations with cattle, horse, dogs, and cats.

Most of the time it’s just yearly injections and wormers but have on the odd occassion thave horses stitched up and several of our animals have had to be put to sleep for various reasons such as bone cancer.

I had one dog that got kicked by a cow and had his jaw broken in three places. They managed to put him back together so I had my cattle dog for another six or seven years. I highly recommend them. I don’t go anywhere else.
